Unable to log off users windows server 2008

Hi Professionals,

We are facing the issue while logging off from one of our production server installed windows 2008 server R2.  The session hangs at ‘System Event Notification Service’, and  we have verified the same with different users on the same server but the result is same for all the users.

I found the below KB article (hotfix), and I installed it. But it’s not fix the issue.

kindly help me to fix this issue.

PS:- I found many articles/blogs in google but all are temporary solutions.
